Permit to use the Green
To have an event on the New Haven Green, interested parties must complete a permit application. Permits for the Green are administered by the City of New Haven, Department of Parks, Recreation and Trees. Completing an application does not guarantee that your permit will be approved.

Rules for using the Green
Anyone using or visiting the Green must follow all Ordinances of the City of New Haven and Statutes of the State of Connecticut.
